What You’ll Do:
- Reach out and connect with new leads, set up appointments, and discover what our customers truly need
- Share the right insurance products and services that bring real value to our clients
- Partner with our agents to set and achieve exciting marketing goals
- Bring your enthusiasm and strong work ethic every day to help build meaningful, long-lasting customer relationships
- Be an important part of our supportive agency team, working together to make sure our clients feel cared for and confident
Who You Are:
- Someone with sales experience (whether inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) who loves meeting goals and helping customers
- A natural communicator who enjoys building genuine connections
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or willing to get licensed)
- A positive team player who’s ready to contribute to a happy, goal-oriented work environment

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
